EAP Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in simplido Early Access Program ("EAP"). By participating in the EAP, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

The EAP is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Are at least 13 years of age.
• Have a valid email address.
• Have a compatible device and operating system to use simplido.

Participation

As an EAP participant, you agree to:

• Keep confidential and not disclose any confidential information related to the EAP or simplido.
• Engage with the EAP solely for the purpose of testing and providing feedback.
• Report any bugs, issues, or feedback to support@simplido.app in a timely and accurate manner.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to simplido, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Sorcery Studio. By participating in the EAP, you acknowledge and agree that Sorcery Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to simplido.

Termination

Sorcery Studio reserves the right to terminate your participation in the EAP at any time and for any reason. If your participation is terminated, you must immediately return or destroy any confidential information related to the EAP or simplido.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sorcery Studio provides the EAP and simplido "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

Sorcery Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the EAP or simplido, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sorcery Studiois located (Wroclaw, Poland, EU). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the EAP or simplido shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.

Modification

Sorcery Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Your continued participation in the EAP following any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Sorcery Studio regarding the EAP and simplido and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Sorcery Studio.

By participating in the EAP, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
