Thank you for your interest in simplido. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of simplido including any service, content, and products offered from simplido.

Eligibility

Access to simplido is allowed if you:

• Are at least 13 years old.
• Have a valid email address for account registration.
• Have a compatible device to run any of the the simplido apps.

User accounts

In order to access certain features, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and update your information promptly if it changes.
• Protect your account login credentials (username/password), keeping it confidential.
• Notify us immediately if any unauthorized access occurs.

Intellectual property and licensing

simplido, its design, features, trademarks, copyrights, patents, ideas, methods, and other intellectual property are fully owned and controlled by Sorcery Studio. Using simplido does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the usage explicitly provided by these Terms.

From the moment the subscription-based premium features are introduced, certain advanced functionalities will require a valid paid subscription. Until that time, the entire Application is free to use under these Terms.

You agree never to resell, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or reproduce simplido or distribute it to third parties.

User responsibilities and acceptable use

To maintain a safe and respectful user experience for everyone, you agree:

• Not to misuse simplido or engage in malicious activities.
• Not to disrupt the operation of simplido or servers.
• Not to share your account details or subscriptions with others outside your immediate household.
• To follow applicable laws and these Terms throughout the usage of simplido.

Subscriptions, payment, and refunds

simplido's basic features are currently free. Advanced premium features will require a valid paid subscription, introduced approximately three months from this document's effective date.

Clear terms, conditions, payment methods, subscription fees, and refund policies will be detailed at the time of subscription introduction. We will notify users of changes clearly and transparently in advance.

Security, privacy, and personal data

Your data protection and privacy are extremely important to us. simplido observes strict measures to ensure information and data security according to applicable privacy regulations and standards. Please refer to our  Privacy Policy for details.

Feedback and user content submissions

If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions for simplido improvement, we may use them freely for enhancing our products or services without providing any compensation or attribution to you.

Confidentiality

Certain aspects of simplido, including premium features or future development plans shared with users, may be confidential and are explicitly marked as such. By accessing confidential information, you agree not to disclose it without explicit permission from Sorcery Studio.

Termination and suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to simplido immediately, at our discretion, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must stop accessing simplido, and any licenses granted under these Terms immediately end. You must also delete or destroy any confidential information acquired during the use of simplido, upon request.

Disclaimer of warranties

simplido is offered "AS IS" without any warranty whatsoever, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee perfect performance, uninterrupted operation, or that simplido will meet all your expectations or requirements. We expressly disclaim any warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no situation shall Sorcery Studio be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from, connected with, or resulting from the use or inability to use simplido. In no case will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for simplido, if applicable, during the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify Sorcery Studio, its employees, directors, and affiliates against any claims, legal action, losses, or damages arising from your improper use of simplido, your breach of these Terms or applicable laws, or any misconduct on your part.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Poland and the European Union. In the unlikely event of disputes or claims arising under or relating to simplido or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration according to applicable Polish arbitration standards.

Modification to these terms

Sorcery Studio reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will inform users through the simplido app or email in advance of substantial changes. Continued usage of simplido following modifications demonstrates your acceptance of revised Terms. If you disagree with new Terms, you should stop using simplido.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and Sorcery Studio regarding simplido and supersede all previous arrangements or understandings, written or verbal.
