Deleting Accounts

At simplido, we respect your right to control your data and your account. If you decide to stop using our services, we provide a straightforward way to delete your account and associated information.

How to delete your account

To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://accounts.simplido.app
2. Log into your account using your credentials.
3. Click the Account option in the sidebar menu.
4. Scroll down to the Delete account section.
5. Press the Delete button to start the process.

Data deletion and retention

When you choose to delete your account, we process your data according to the following rules:

• Personal Content: All content that you created in simplido, including your tasks, projects, and personal settings, will be permanently deleted from our active databases.
• Financial Information: Any financial information required by law, such as records of orders or invoices, will be retained for the duration required by applicable financial and tax laws.
• Backups: Please note that your data may remain in our encrypted system backups for a limited period (up to 30 days) before being fully purged.
