How to delete your account
To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:
- Go to Privacy settings in Account Management
- Log into your account using your credentials.
- Press the Delete account button to start the process.
Data deletion and retention
When you choose to delete your account, we process your data according to the following rules:
- Personal Content: All content that you created in simplido, including your tasks, projects, and personal settings, will be permanently deleted from our active databases.
- Financial Information: Any financial information required by law, such as records of orders or invoices, will be retained for the duration required by applicable financial and tax laws.
- Backups: Please note that your data may remain in our encrypted system backups for a limited period (up to 30 days) before being fully purged.
